Password Reset Email

If a user is unable to login due to forgetting their password, or if you would like to provide access to DPR to a new staff/student, we recommend using the password reset feature. Once the user receives this email, he/she will be able to set a new password.

If a user does not have a linked email address, you can still use the password reset email feature to send the reset email to any email address.

1. Click the password reset email

2. The email address field is automatically populated with the email address linked to the account, however, you may change this email address to any email address.

3. Click Send email, the password reset email should be delivered within 1-2 minutes. If multiple password reset emails are sent for the same user, only the latest email will be valid (all previous emails will contain a link that DPR will no longer accept)
