If a user is unable to login due to forgetting their password, or if you would like to provide access to DPR to a new staff/student, we recommend using the password reset feature. Once the user receives this email, he/she will be able to set a new password.
If a user does not have a linked email address, you can still use the password reset email feature to send the reset email to any email address.
- Click the password reset email
- The email address field is automatically populated with the email address linked to the account, however, you may change this email address to any email address.
- Click Send email, the password reset email should be delivered within 1-2 minutes. If multiple password reset emails are sent for the same user, only the latest email will be valid (all previous emails will contain a link that DPR will no longer accept)
