When does DPR open/close a collection?

When a school admin creates a collection, a collection start date and end date are defined.

A collection will open at the appointed start date, at 12 AM.

A collection will close at 12 AM the day after the end date. This means, if the collections end date is 21/02/2020, the collection will close at 22/02/2020 12 AM.
