Requesting an MIS Sync

DPR syncs with your MIS data twice a day, at 1pm and 1am. You can also request an MIS sync at any time.

1. Log into DPR Mission Control
2. Click Settings followed by the "Request MIS Sync" button

Please note: DPR syncs data from Wonde (our MIS Integration Partner). Since Wonde run their own sync of data, some changes may not immediately be available to DPR. We recommend allowing a few hours between changes on your MIS and requesting a sync on DPR.
