MIS Sync is disabled, what do I do?
MIS Sync will be disabled on the 1st of July and will need to be re-enabled by your school's admin. The academic year start date is set to the 15th of August by default. If your school's academic year start date starts earlier than this, please ensure you have updated the start date before re-enabling mis-sync.
Our key-objectives have not been finalised, what do we do?
We recommend using the migration wizard to copy all subjects and key-objectives from the previous academic year. Once heads of departments have finalised the new key-objectives, you can upload the updated key-objectives later in the academic year.
I want to copy judgements from the previous academic year

This can take anywhere between 1-3 weeks depending on how busy we are. Please ensure you have set up your collections in the new academic year and have also assigned the relevant pathways before submitting a request.
I want to use the DPR Migration Wizard earlier
I can't find a student who was recently admitted to my school
Ensure you have tried to troubleshoot using MIS Explorer
New starters will pull through once they have been admitted and have a valid UPN assigned. Until a valid UPN is assigned, they will not show up on DPR. When exporting student logins, only students with a valid registration class will show up.
I've assigned a temporary UPN to a student, is this fine?
DPR will automatically update a students UPN if it changes. However, please ensure the temporary UPNs are unique between students (i.e. do not re-use temporary UPN's).
I'd like new students to log in with their Google/Microsoft email address
I want to use the migration wizard but I'd like to make small changes
We recommend using the Migration wizard to first make a copy of your judgement keys, grade options and subjects. You can then update the various settings individually via the respective page on DPR Mission Control.
A staff member is not showing up
Ensure you have tried to troubleshoot using MIS Explorer
Please ensure the staff member has a valid staff code. DPR assumes staff codes are unique to an individual, if you have re-used a staff code for another teacher, DPR will refuse to sync this teacher's data to prevent data being overwritten. In this situation, please contact support@axle.education with the staff code in question.
Not all classes are showing up on DPR
Ensure you have tried to troubleshoot using MIS Explorer
A class must have at least one student assigned to the class and a valid lesson associated with it (lessons become available once your timetable becomes active and once the lessons are scheduled for the current week). If these conditions are not met, DPR will skip syncing this class during mis-sync. DPR can only see lessons for the current academic week, therefore, if there are no scheduled lessons for those classes in that week, these classes will not pull through.
