Migration Wizard

DPR now provides a migration wizard (available from the 15th of August) that can help copy various settings from your previous academic year. Click the "Migration Wizard" button on your dashboard to open the wizard. Here's a preview of the Migration wizard.

Tasks to be completed in August

Tasks with (*) can be completed using the migration wizard.

• Create judgement keys*
• Create grade options*
• Create subjects*
• Upload key objectives*
• Export pathways and grades from your last academic year
  • Since it is likely that existing students pathways and grades will remain unchanged, you may export pathways and grades from the previous academic year's collection, ready to upload in September
• Export grades from your last academic year
• Set up access rights (we recommend exporting last years access rights and re-uploading them into the new academic year)
• Re-enable MIS Sync
  • The DPR Team will have automatically disabled MIS Sync in July. Please switch MIS Sync back on once you have ensured only your new academic data is pulling through and the academic year start date has been correctly set

Since it is likely that your school would like to make changes to your subjects and key objectives compared to the previous academic year, we recommend only migrating the subjects and key-objectives that remain unchanged. Alternatively, you can migrate all subjects and key-objectives and then make changes afterwards.
