AWS look to have started resolving the issue. We're seeing no connectivity issues in the last 10 minutes.

Our database hosting provider, Amazon Web Services, currently have an outage at their London data centre.

AWS are aware of the issue and are investigating. We apologies for the inconvenience caused.
