Teacher Login (Approximately 1 Week)
- After the KOs have been assigned, teacher logins can be distributed by your school's data manager in person or via email.
- We recommend teachers spend a session with a member of the Curriculum Committee to familiarise themselves with the DPR system. This can be done through CPD, faculty meetings or whole school twilight.
- After teachers have logged on, KOs and all class information should be checked to ensure they are correct; where possible, judgements should be updated. Any queries/concerns should be sent to the Curriculum Committee and resolved before the DPR is launched to students and parents.
- Personalised KOs can also be assigned to the students on top of their set KOs. These can be added or removed anytime throughout the year.
- DPR has different levels of access; such as read and/or write access, which can be checked by going to ‘Subject Area Access’ on DPR. Any requests for alternative access needs to be sent to the Data Manager.
- Access levels should be closely monitored by the SLT.

Student/Parent Logins (Approximately 1 – 2 weeks)
- Students should be introduced to the DPR through an assembly.
- Login details can be provided through Mentoring/Form Time.
- We recommend all students to log on for the first time with their Mentor/Form Tutor in an ICT room so that any queries or concerns can be resolved promptly.
- Parents should be regularly encouraged to use the DPR; this can be done during Parents’ Evenings or other parents’ forums.
- We recommend parents to be invited during the launch stages of the DPR so that they can familiarise themselves with the system and use it effectively. This can be done by organising workshops for parents in order to help them navigate through the DPR system.
