MIS Explorer allows admins to troubleshoot data coming back from a school's MIS. We recommend admins use MIS Explorer before contacting DPR Support. In the majority of cases, if the data shown on MIS Explorer is incorrect, we recommend contacting Wonde Support via firstname.lastname@example.org instead of DPR Support.
DPR Pulls in data from Wonde at 1 am and 1 pm daily
Accessing MIS Explorer
- Go to the Settings page
- Click "Go to MIS Explorer"
- Troubleshooting tips are available by clicking the "Troubleshooting tips" button
