We would recommend that the DPR administrator has a close working relationship with the admissions team within your school, this is so that you are aware of mid-phase arrival (MPA) students starting at your school.
Whenever an MPA starts at your school please ensure that they are assigned a UPN on your MIS, this is so when DPR syncs with your MIS, a profile for the student will be automatically created on DPR.
Once the profile is created within DPR you can go ahead and assign the student relevant pathways based on any prior data the student arrives with. Once pathways have been assigned you can also assign progress data.
You can assign pathways and progress data either by uploading CSV files on collection manager or by assigning the pathways and progress data for each of the students' subjects on class manager. If you do decide to upload a CSV file on collection manager please ensure you only upload pathways and progress data for subjects that the student studies and not for any subjects the student does not take.
Once pathways and progress data have been created for the student please give the student their DPR login details.
