An assignment multiplier is used to calculate the expected number of assignments a teacher should be set per collection. For example, if a teacher has been assigned to 10 English classes within DPR, has an assignment multiplier of 2 and the date range spans 3 weeks, the expected number of assignments would be 10*2*3=60 expected assignments for English.
By default multipliers for all teachers in all subject areas are set to 1, in order to change this go to subject manager:
- Click on the required subject area.
- Click manage assignment multipliers.
- Search for the teacher(s) or scroll through the list of teachers.
- Edit their multiplier.
- Click save changes.
- Alternatively, you can upload multipliers in bulk by uploading a CSV file.
