Exporting Grades from DPR

Once all teachers have confirmed their classes data have been finalised for a collection, you may want to import grades into SIMs. The first step is to export student grade data from DPR:

1. Log in to the DPR Mission Control
2. Navigate to Data Collection and select the relevant collection
3. Select Grades the Export Grades
4. You can filter by year groups and grade options
5. Click download

Uploading Grades to SIMS

1. Navigate to Routines
2. Select Data In > Assessment > Import from spreadsheet
3. Select the file to import from and click next
4. Assign an appropriate aspect for each column
   • You must have your aspects setup on SIMS beforehand for each grade along with the result sets if you will be using them
5. Click Next
6. Click Finish to import data into SIMS
