For Middle Leaders and Subject Heads

Subject leaders can quality-control what is published via ‘access’, you must be assigned read/write access to the subject area in order to do this.

1. Navigate to subject area access
2. Select the relevant data year and subject area
3. Select resources and then search for a particular resource or click search for resources for all resources that academic year for the subject area.
4. Once you have selected the relevant resource, click approved or recommended
5. Any resources that are not approved will not show for students but will only show for the teacher who has uploaded it
