All attainment data on DPR is stored under a Collection. These are commonly based on your school's term dates. Collections allow teachers to make changes every term whilst preserving the previous terms' data entry. Therefore, this facilitates tracking progress over the academic year.
Once a collections end date has elapsed, teachers will no longer be able to make changes to that collection's data. At the end of a collection, admins should create a new collection and migrate data from the previous collection.
Creating a Collection
Navigate to ‘Data Collection’
Select ‘NEW COLLECTION’
Follow the instructions on the wizard to complete the configuration of the new collection
