As well as tracking attainment against key objectives, DPR allows tracking of other forms of attainment data through grade options, each with their own set of custom values. Once the grades are set up by the administrator they can be ‘edited’ by teachers (e.g. current grades) or ‘read-only’ (e.g. target grades).
Example Grade Options
Grade options can be used to track a wide variety of attainment data. You can also upload data such as target grades and make it read-only (to prevent teachers from modifying the values)
Creating Grades
- Navigate to curriculum builder and click on ‘grade options’
- Click on ‘NEW GRADE OPTIONS’
- Give the grade option a name, MIS name, select if teachers can edit or read-only and add the relevant values.
How do teachers view the grades?
Once the grades have been set up and applied to the relevant subjects teachers will be able to view and edit grades when they log in and access their classes on DPR. As below.
