Lesson 7: Access Rights

Access Rights allow teachers to access an entire subject area classes. School admins will need to grant access to teachers and they can also define whether a teacher has either read-access or write-access to a subject area. This enables:

• Access to any class (and intervention class) for the relevant subject areas and
  • Access DPR Class Chat
  • Access Assignment Analytics
  • Access to Class View, Student View and KO View
• Ability to quality assure resources created for a particular subject area
• Filter classes by teacher or year group
• Levels of access
  • Read access
    • View all data associated with a particular class
  • Write access
    • View and modify judgement data
    • Quality assure resources for subject areas

Using Access Rights

1. Navigate to Access Rights and subject area you would like to access, your access level will be shown under the name of each subject area
2. To view classes, click the classes tab
3. If you have write-access, the resources tab will be visible allowing you to quality assure resources for the subject area
4. When viewing classes via subject area access, classes are shown with access to class view, ko view, student view, class chat and assignment analytics
