Lesson 6: Resource Portal

Opening Resource Portal

1. To access the Resources Portal, click on the resources icon on the top right-hand side

2. This will give you an overview of all resources created by you, including the number of resources you have created, your total views and your average rating 

Explore

1. Explore resources that have been uploaded by staff at your school by clicking “Explore” and search by title or tags
2. Tick the 'Search other institutions' checkbox to display resources shared by other DPR schools

Uploading Resources

1. To upload a resource, click the “Create” button and fill in all the fields
2. Resources can be categorised as ‘learning resources’, ‘testing resources’ or ‘teacher planning resources’
3. Resources can also be linked to key objectives by clicking "SEARCH FOR KEY OBJECTIVES"

4. You can use the voice description feature by checking the “Use Voice Description” checkbox under “Instruction”
5. Tags can also be added to resources
   • Ensure that after you type a tag, you press the Enter key
6. Click either “Yes” or “No” to decide whether you would like your resource to be accessible solely to your school or across all DPR schools
7. “PUBLISH RESOURCE”
